About the Event

Meditation is offered as individual self-pay sessions with Elizabeth Ringler-Jayanthan, LCSW. Guided meditation sessions are in the Radiance Sutras style, which is an “instinctive meditation”. Sessions can be offered virtually or in-person. Call to schedule a session at 412-578-9700.
