Radiance Sutras Meditation Sessions
Meditation has been proven to be a technique that allows the participant to improve self-regulation and memory, and can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, meditation has been proven to have including reducing blood pressure. These are skills that are beneficial to everyone.

About the Event
Meditation is offered as individual self-pay sessions with Elizabeth Ringler-Jayanthan, LCSW. Guided meditation sessions are in the Radiance Sutras style, which is an “instinctive meditation”. Sessions can be offered virtually or in-person. Call to schedule a session at 412-578-9700.
