About the Event
This is an 8 week closed yoga group that will teach participants the 8 limbs of yoga and an integration into every day life and a yoga flow for each limb of yoga. Each week will build off of the prior week with educational components. Our nutritionist and group therapist will appear at times during the class to integrate these aspects into a more mindful life. This class is for any experience level and for those who would like to dive deeper into the practice of yoga and the benefits yoga can provide for overall well-being.
This class will run 8 weeks and be held Monday nights from 6:45pm to 8:00pm.
