Hi, thanks for your time and your curiosity about me and Still Blooming Counseling Services. I work with individuals aged 24 and older, couples & families with adult children. My therapeutic philosophy is led by a person’s story and the way it connects us to others. Your story matters, it deserves to be heard. It is rooted in the foundation of empowerment and vital to the sense of self. Creating goals helps define direction. The process is organic and you lead. Coping skills help navigate and ground.

Therapy takes courage to risk exploration, to accept and to create change. My aim is to create a safe holding space for you fostering trust in our therapeutic relationship. I specialize in life stressors, identity, roles, self esteem, relationship concerns, parenting, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD.

I am currently seeing couples on a self-pay basis. I accept Highmark/Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
